I'm Riley Patten, the owner & operator of Basin PM. My journey in the construction world began long before I knew it would become my passion. Growing up in a family of general contractors and concrete finishers inspired values of hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication from a young age. With a decade of hands-on experience, I've developed a passion for property maintenance, and I dedicate myself to delivering exceptional service. Our commitment to quality defines Basin Property Maintenance, and we ensure our clients' satisfaction at every step! Every home deserves to shine, and I'm committed to ensuring your property is well-maintained and cared for.  

I'm blessed to share my life with my fantastic wife. She has been my partner and supporter for the past nine years. We have a wonderful son together and wish to continue growing our family. We embrace each challenge and celebrate each success as my business grows. Their encouragement fuels my passion daily, reminding me why I love my work.
